We led Golden Ears Bridge staff in a strategy session, preparing them to respond to challenging customer calls.
We guided staff through an Appreciative Inquiry process in one Pacific Blue Cross department. We developed and delivered e-mail workshops for several other areas, and conducted an ongoing train-the-trainer project, coaching trainers in the development of onboard training in a new contact centre.
